Terms and Conditions

01. Enrollment Policy

1.1 Enrollment is NON-TRANSFERABLE and valid for ninety (90) days from the date of registration.

1.2 No refund policy applies. If a student cancels before or after the scheduled appointment for any reason, BES Driving School reserves the right to deny refund to compensate for time, preparation, and operational expenses.

1.3 In approved emergency cases, a refund may be granted subject to documentation (e.g., medical certificate). A 50% deduction from the total tuition fee shall apply.

02. Scheduling & Attendance

2.1 NO RESCHEDULING. Failure to attend the confirmed schedule for any reason shall result in forfeiture of the session.

2.2 Students must arrive on time and follow instructor guidelines.

2.3 The company reserves the right to cancel, stop, or postpone driving lessons in any situation that may place the student, instructor, or training vehicle at risk.

03. Course Completion & Certification

3.1 TDC and PDC certificates shall only be released upon successful completion of course requirements.

3.2 If a student fails the TDC examination, he/she may retake the test.

3.3 If a student fails the Practical Driving Course, the PDC certificate cannot be released despite completion of training hours. Additional driving sessions may be required.

3.4 Students must verify that all certificate details are correct. Reprinting due to student error is subject to a reprinting fee of ₱150.

3.5 Official receipt and one (1) valid ID must be presented when claiming certificates.

04. Safety & Conduct Policy

4.1 Students must wear proper clothing (shirts, pants, closed shoes).

4.2 Wearing slippers, sandals, sando, revealing tops, mini skirts, high heels, or inappropriate attire is strictly prohibited during driving sessions.

4.3 Students under the influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs will not be allowed to attend and the session shall be forfeited.

4.4 For security reasons, firearms, deadly weapons, and hazardous items are strictly prohibited.

4.5 BES Driving School shall not be liable for lost personal belongings. Students are advised not to bring valuables.

4.6 Motorcycle students must bring their own required PPE (helmet, gloves, elbow/knee guards, etc.).

05. License Processing & Third-Party Agreements

5.1 Agreements made between students and third parties are invalid. BES Driving School is not affiliated with any external fixer or agent.

5.2 License approval is subject to evaluation and final decision by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

5.3 Personal appearance at LTO is required when mandated.

06. Online TDC (OTDC) Special Terms

07. Data Privacy & Consent

Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), BES Driving School collects and processes student information strictly for certification, compliance, and submission to the LTO LTMS System.

Information collected shall be retained for a maximum of two (2) years and securely disposed thereafter.

Students have the right to access, rectify, object, or request erasure of personal data in accordance with applicable law.

08. Limitation of Liability

BES Driving School shall not be held liable for damages resulting from failure to follow instructor instructions, violation of traffic laws, or misconduct by the student.

Training sessions are conducted under controlled and safety-focused procedures, but inherent driving risks remain the responsibility of the student.

09. Policy Updates

BES Driving School reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Acceptance

By enrolling, signing official documents, or continuing to use BES Driving School services, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.
